In spite of giving my best, I am underpaid. To top it up there is no hike in past 18 months and in foreseeable future.

the salary is lower than in the market

Salary review is so long and you should remind that to your manager each 1-1 meeting and its can take more than 1 year or it can be insignificant

I don't feel underappreciated at all

They understand the needs of their clients and are capable of developing and implementing solutions that meet current industry standards. However, there is a need to improve attention to their own employees. It seems that at times, employees may feel undervalued, which can affect their motivation.

I would improve interviewers quality

Eliminate internal bureaucracy which slows down the hiring process. Need to keep the interview process short and sweet; in other words, there isn’t any need to invite interviewers from other department that being no value to the proces
