Transparency. As a lower-level IC I get to work with extended leaders and executives almost every day, and they're always willing to provide guidance and work together as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love solving puzzles. Each day of work at Luxury Presence presents new challenges, and finding creative solutions to increase efficiency and improve processes scratches that problem-solving itch for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our value of Extreme Ownership is modeled from the top down. Leaders demand much of their teams, but never without putting forth the same or more commitment in their own work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our extended leadership and executive teams are consistently engaged with all levels of the company, down to earth, and speak passionately about our team and vision. They get me excited about turning in my best work each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is exceedingly driven. My coworkers and manager motivate me to not just meet, but surpass expectations. It's a challenge just to keep up with others on my team, but that's what I find fulfilling in my role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base and variable compensation are generous and competitive, but what gets me most excited about my compensation is the equity package. My compensation grows as the company thrives, and our new hire grants demonstrate leadership's confidence in the company's value and continued success.
