Listening to employees concerns regarding managers "bullying"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I probably earn above market wages, but with the current situation it's hard to say how much longer any of us will have a job.
Vacation and company matching, etc.
The pension is still present and bonuses are good.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a great team. We all draw off of each other.
Dedicated to success and work well toterher.
My team is really strong with great leaders and team members. We work collaboratively together and have fun too. They bring their authentic selves to work and share ideas, successes and failures. The team I am on is a high performing team who is open to change.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The culture within certain departments can be closed off to new employees; not very welcoming.
I have been in meetings were white coworkers cuss out the supervisor in front of everyone and nothing was done about it

The people we work with across LyondellBasell are truly the best part of the company. The people drive & support the culture. We are in a culture transformation as we move toward creating value & providing sustainable solutions to our customers & the communities around us. Highly collaborative!
Employees are likeminded with good sense of humor and very little internal competition. Good teamwork atmosphere.

Knowledgeable and competent supervisors and managers.
The culture of competition and politics needs to be addressed. Many employees feel that this is the worst company in terms of culture that they have ever worked for.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Was very positive to start
Interview was via Teams and I didn't have to leave home
They do get good employees to interview you when they know you are coming for an interview
it is a behavior based interview
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I went through three rounds of interviews and it took about a month to get an offer. This left a negative impression.
What makes you most happy at work?
When they let you do your job.
Working from home makes me the happiest
I am most happy at work when the team I am on is recognized for a job well done. I like solving problems and providing solutions for my colleagues.
