What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide a more realistic preview of the role, performance expectations, and management style during the interview process. Transparent communication helps candidates make informed decisions and supports stronger long-term retention.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Align leadership practices with the organization's values. Set realistic expectations, reduce micromanagement, build psychological safety, apply standards consistently, and trust employees' professional judgment. Support should be meaningful, not just stated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Foster a culture of equity, consistency, and genuine support. Treat employees fairly, remain open to different perspectives, and be mindful of unconscious assumptions. Trust employees' expertise, communicate respectfully, and lead with empathy.
