Lyten Compensation Employee Reviews | Comparably
Lyten Claimed Company
Lyten will impact everything. Our core innovation has been manufacturing a new supermaterials platform called 3D Graphene, a new material unlike anything else on Earth. 3D Graphene offers unique resistive, capacitive, inductive, structural, and energy-absorbing properties that can be infinitely tuned to enable never-before-seen capabilities and enormous potential for innovative products such as higher energy density, and lighter, Lithium-Sulfur batteries, stronger, and lighter, composite materials, ultra-sensitive IoT sensors, and more. And because we create our Lyten supermaterial by converting greenhouse gases, currently methane, into carbon-based 3D Graphene and hydrogen gas, we also will enable massive decarbonization benefits. At Lyten, we believe that a more sustainable future requires truly innovative solutions and people who share our passion. Join us to help make a meaningful impact in every way. read more

Lyten Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My base salary is satisfactory, but we don't have any 401K share from company, which is disappointing. Also, I am unclear how yearly bonus is paid.

Review from Engineering Dept

the salary rate is good

Review from Engineering Dept

Company ownership and my wage.

Review from Operations Dept

My hourly wage along with my differential & benefits.

Review from Product Dept

It allows me to pay my rent in Silicon Valley.

Review from Product Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Our base salary is fair

Good medical care insurance, compatible salary

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary, bonus structure, generous PTO, holidays, and floating holidays,

high number of vacation days and floating holidays.

Competitive package with good work-life balance

Review from Engineering Dept

The salary and time-off allocations are the most incentivizing.

Review from Engineering Dept

Healthcare + stock options + base salary

Review from Engineering Dept

It is fair to market

Review from HR Dept

Stock options where every employee can be rewarded if the company can live up to its potential.

Review from Operations Dept

It is competitive to market

Review from HR Dept

Excellent salary, good healthcare, generous time off

Review from Engineering Dept

Competitive compensation, bonus, and options.

Not only is my pay very competitive but the monthly Lyten events create a space to not only feel like a kid again but to connect with people who in your normal day to day might never interact with. It also helps build the sense of unity and the feeling of being a part of something bigger then myself

Review from Engineering Dept

competitive benefits, time-off -holidays/floating holidays, potential LT investment as start-up

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401k matching. I believe I am performing above level and pay.

Review from Engineering Dept

Since I am new and I'd still learning the company culture and try to prove myself worthiness. So, it is going both way.

Review from Operations Dept

I think inflation has outpaced my initial offer for my market value, and think the next promotion cycle would hopefully be an opportunity to rectify this.

Review from Engineering Dept

I have been told by the management for over a year now i will be promoted and it has not happened yet. This is, in a literal sense, what makes me feel undervalued. I would feel better if I got this promotion with higher salary and stock options.

Review from Product Dept

I feel undervalued in my current role because I believe my skills and experience contribute significantly to the success of our team and company. Research indicates that the average compensation for this role in the industry is higher .I would feel better if i have adjustment in my compensation.

Review from Product Dept

The company is paying a little low. Matching market value compensation would make employees feel better.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why would I stay at a startup if I'm never being offered more stock? The reason one takes the risk of working at a startup is that the stock might be worth more than the salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

The organization seems to be unfairly leveled across different departments and that creates confusion.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone in my team is paid at market average or .95 comp ratio and above. I am paid closer to the minimum as oppose to the market average.
