Executives need to own their faults and stop overruling every process stood up. It's impossible to get anything done when sales isn't held accountable to learn or use the tools and operations is always the scapegoat.

I got to meet a variety of key managers from different disciplined and was encouraged to do my personal due diligence while the company did its.
They have too many interviewers and the process can take a long time.
Being involved in some many different projects and with so many capable people.
Service has declined to customers and the company is only performing well due to lack of availability. A major overhaul is needed of the entire company, starting with the firing of the executive team.
