What are some of the best things about your team?The team I work with all try and work very hard within impossible circumstances.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?They have too many interviewers and the process can take a long time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Service has declined to customers and the company is only performing well due to lack of availability. A major overhaul is needed of the entire company, starting with the firing of the executive team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Executives need to own their faults and stop overruling every process stood up. It's impossible to get anything done when sales isn't held accountable to learn or use the tools and operations is always the scapegoat.
