What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is the biggest problem in the company. They do not listen to their employees or make changes for the better. They keep shoving more initiatives down everyone's throats and do not sufficiently staff for the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay women less than men

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need to own their faults and stop overruling every process stood up. It's impossible to get anything done when sales isn't held accountable to learn or use the tools and operations is always the scapegoat.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They have too many interviewers and the process can take a long time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Service has declined to customers and the company is only performing well due to lack of availability. A major overhaul is needed of the entire company, starting with the firing of the executive team.
