Communication is lacking from the top down
go back to being American-based and a living wage instead of below minimum wage which does not cover bills.

If I got paid for all that I do outside of my job description

Making it possible to earn what we are really worth. We need to know almost as much as a doctor does but get paid as if we were a retail clerk.
Have not received review or annual raises- talk about opportunities but not really. Medical is not great at all, no stock options. 401k is not good
There is no honest communication

Communication and vision are lacking.
Communication from upper management. Keep getting told we are doing great- but no compensation. Increase to workload with less people and accuracy expected increase, but no increase to compensation
