What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is great from direct manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is lacking from the top down
go back to being American-based and a living wage instead of below minimum wage which does not cover bills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I got paid for all that I do outside of my job description
paid below minimum wage and no benefits at all
Making it possible to earn what we are really worth. We need to know almost as much as a doctor does but get paid as if we were a retail clerk.
Have not received review or annual raises- talk about opportunities but not really. Medical is not great at all, no stock options. 401k is not good

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no honest communication
there are no meetings, they keep us alone
More interaction with positive comments instead of only communicating with negatives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The doctors are wonderful to work with.
Work at home, so no commute, no fancy clothes.
Work from home which is very positive

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair across the board collaboration
steady stream of work instead of so much unpaid time
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't much to it. It was mostly pass the tests and get hired.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My own manager did not pay attention during my interview
quit acting like you care how much experience we have when you do not pay for that experience
What makes you most happy at work?
Continuous flow of work that is interesting.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of transparency with client services
no enough work to keep busy and too much unpaid time just waiting for work to arrive
Communication and vision are lacking.
Communication from upper management. Keep getting told we are doing great- but no compensation. Increase to workload with less people and accuracy expected increase, but no increase to compensation
