The immediate managers and team leads tend to understand the challenges and successes. They are easy to provide accolades when appropriate.

The constant negativity from the management team. If you work 10 hours should be 12 hours, etc. Nothing is good. One manager berated one of his team members right in front of the team. This is not some one off, it is more the norm.
Management needs to come down off their high horses.
There shouldn't be a department at the company that says that makes you stay over everyday. There should be a cut off time for the work. We have lives outside of the workplace. I understand the job is until finish but finish should still have a deadline.
