Overall I have worked with great people, my opinions and ideas seem valued and looked into, the company does well at allowing a mix of work and play, and even higher up managers get into the fun and are open to discussions with employees of all levels. But the pay is low for my industry in my area.

It was a simple two step process with a phone interview followed by an in person interview.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive a minimum of 15 personal days which can be used for either vacation or sick days, so I am able to use all 15 for vacation days and not have to feel like I’m missing out on time like when they were separate. We also can purchase at least one week of
