The organization is very bureaucrat in nature, and very disorganized. The senior team has very little knowledge of how the organization really works. They really need to get out of there offices/meetings and walk the shoes of of the doers to really understand what's wrong and how to improve.
To be more compassionate with the employees.
They need to make people enjoy there job and stop trying to make things more complicated. I think the intentionally try to make things worst. They need to learn how to talk to there employees better.

They pay younger workers more that well establish employees and should fix that. Younger employees are being paid as much if not more than the managers they report to with years of experience.

I feel like others in different depts. At the same level do much less work for the same pay.
Benefits are not as good as when the company was Wilmington Trust.
Since we work with money we should get paid more than the little bit of money that we get. The new hires are making almost the same amount as people who have been there for years. Since we work with money and HIPPA accounts we should get paid a lot more

The constant negativity from the management team. If you work 10 hours should be 12 hours, etc. Nothing is good. One manager berated one of his team members right in front of the team. This is not some one off, it is more the norm.
Management needs to come down off their high horses.
There shouldn't be a department at the company that says that makes you stay over everyday. There should be a cut off time for the work. We have lives outside of the workplace. I understand the job is until finish but finish should still have a deadline.
