Being leaders instead of manipulators. Actually caring about their employees instead of worrying whether they are in compliance with the law or not. As long as they treat their employees like other top financial institutions is all they care about. Those institutions are also criminal.

Yes, I feel undervalued. I would like fair compensation for my contribution. Even if I just made the same as my colleagues in the same role I would be happy.
New hires will get paid the same or more than longer tenured employees
For the area I live in, the cost of living is significantly higher than the pay I make. Also, there is only one option for health insurance and it has a high deductible. I wish I had the option for a plan with just a co-pay.
