Everyone knows what they're doing. Very little hand holding needs to be done to get people to work effectively. Self-starters who go above and beyond.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows how to laugh and people are constantly making jokes even if the work is difficult or work hours are late.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The take-home exam for the developer positions lets you take the time to think through the problem rather than being put on the spot to answer white-board questions.

The extreme amount of success we have had delivering a good product to customers. Collaborating with customers to help define and solve their problems.
