What did you like most about the interview process?I was an internal higher for this last spot so my work experience within the company was valued even thiugh u was new to the role itself. The recruiter was awesome and I felt like he was always on my side. He even gabe me some tips.
What makes you most happy at work?Being able to contribute, working on projects and getting a good amount of vacation time and summer Friday's.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone seeks to work together and we try to help each other out. This isnt everywhere but a good chunk of the people im working with are helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?they are just disgusting bruh
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is no longer competitive. With inflation pay is now redundant and you can even afford to live on the base pay anymore
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Mac in the beginning was something beautiful, it was a family. Dedicated people made the brand what it WAS. In the end they threw those people out on the curb.
