Pay is no longer competitive. With inflation pay is now redundant and you can even afford to live on the base pay anymore

Mac in the beginning was something beautiful, it was a family. Dedicated people made the brand what it WAS. In the end they threw those people out on the curb.

Because as a manager every month there comes a extra task for me to do.. work load getting bigger but no extra money

My pay is horrible. Ive worked here over 10 years and still dont have a promotion. I make the same amount of money i made 4 years ago.

I would appreciate more pay for the extra tasks and work load we have to do and I would expect better response time from higher ups

Absolutely undervalued. The attitude has definitely been "if you don't like it here we'll just replace you" even though I'm the highest performing member of my team.

Fair pay. Get rid of commission sales all together.

More gratis (we used to get more but it was scaled back), give us our benefits back (even just dental would be great) and the new 2% commission structure is appalling.

Higher pay for managers - my pay was not liveable with constant hour cuts

Yes. I feel that the salary should be reflective of your skill level and tenure within the business.

Hour cuts and neglicence protect the CEO from taking a pay cut.

A higher commission rate ... like ten percent

I have over 14 years of experience in my field however I have limited resources. Climbing the corporate ladder is near impossible. And my compensation is one of the lowest here in Texas.

We do makeup applications on clients and dont get pay for it

If we got a little more than what we deserve for commission because we go over the top and beyond for our clients
