What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team pulls together to help one another. Lots of training on new products with MyMacX which helps to sell items. MAC offers gratis so emoloyees can try new products and give feedback

What's positive is that I get to do what I love to do what's negative is the constant aggressiveness of customers who feel Superior to me as a black woman. Also the employees around me or the partners around me that feel that I am inferior and do not like the little bit of authority I have.
Our manager makes it fun and the team enjoys each other. The customers are freaking smazing

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
SUPPORT RETAIL STAFF. Ask what they need, then actively work to deliver it in a timely fashion. No one knows better what you need to make a retailer work than the people selling the products.
MAC is owned by ELC, and as such is unfortunately subject to the elc garbage bin. Honestly would love to see them be bought out by a different brand (Coty etc)
