Our manager cares and she hears us. Mist of us are still there because of her. But she always seemed over worked. Fiels staff just criticize our work, counter and speak about irrelevant stuff that does not provide solitions.

Understanding that people are not robots. Stop taking talented people for granted. Stop expecting people's life to revolve around a job in retail.

Upper management gives very little help and support in growth opportunities, rarely visits counters, and is vast majority outside hires, so someone who's never worked the retail counter and admit they"don't do makeup so they don't know what to help with". Clueless to inner workings that turn cogs.

Listen to your artists questions and concerns, and provide genuine feedback, resources, answers etc. not some cookie cutter response that HR makes you rehearse.

behavior towards customers and employees, better training for store managers in interpersonal skills, teamwork. Thing about processes and try to make them more efficient. Senior managers should be more interested about stores and their equipment. For example in our store was no sink.

Training management at every level needs to be improved upon. Unqualified people are being placed into positions and then left without proper training and development.

Training managers properly they just trow you and expect you to know everything. They put all the responsibily in you even though your not responsible for cerrain things like being understaff
