What did you like most about the interview process?
I was an internal higher for this last spot so my work experience within the company was valued even thiugh u was new to the role itself. The recruiter was awesome and I felt like he was always on my side. He even gabe me some tips.

My first interview was with the regional manager which was pretty shocking. I had no idea until I got the job
Back when I was hired, it was a process with interview, makeup tests etc. It's since been simplified to cut costs, resulting in worse hires.

I liked it it didn't take too long but that was because I have worked for the company previously. In the past the interview process was grueling and to be quite honest it's very hard to get a job with Mac.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just kindness. I think interviews should be 1on1 without extra people with titles commenting on every little thing because I hire people based off of their personality and drive and by the time they get to my store they're anxious and scared.
