What did you like most about the interview process?Meeting the coworkers that you have
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Dedication that seems the upper management could care less about
What are some of the best things about your team?We work together to get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Most employers give at least a cost of living raise not to mention a merit raise. NOT MACONBIBB!!! Its sad the cost of living has went up 25% and we are still living on salaries from the 90's. I did see in the budget it looks like upper management were getting raises.
