less mess, people need to leave all personal problems at the door

We all treat one another with respect
absolutely nothing, i dread coming to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for adults not just authority, timely greating guest, respect for parents while hosting parties. Cursing at other employers. Communication and collaboration is a must.

What makes you most happy at work?
That i used to get along with everyone and people wouldnt get exited to see me cause they know did eveything good way
Seeing people as they walk through the door, talking ot consumers and making sure they have a good time.

i really don't know but customers complain all the time
