What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Building people without forcing them to morph their views of goals
Not allowing the juniors get screwed over by their seniors. All they care about is you feeding these has beens. This company has no moral integrity and these people do not mean well.

Yes, someone to listen to my goals
Seniors will work to insert people on your deals don't do it. Horrible culture, horrible firm, with very little to offer new agents.

Coworkers are reflective of who management brjngs in the door; which is basically anyone with a heartbeat.
More team work less self centered drives
