What is the best part about your compensation package?

The whole entire package was amazing

Amount of Vacation Time and the 401k.

The compensation package is fair and comparable in the industry

The options for the insurances, as well as the retirement plan

The insurance offered and my PTO time is great

Paid incredbily high, but is based on performance. 30% base salary, rest in bonus and its great.

Profit sharing - my efforts drive to the bottom line and I am rewarded directly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
