I had high hopes because I enjoy working with people. Unfortunately even though its a small group the office does not flow well. There is talking behind each others back, constant smoke breaks, there is never ever enough time to finish any of your work. Unreliable expectations from employees.

At one point, I thought I wanted to retire there. Not anymore. Now the focus is growth- at the expense of more sloppy operations and burned out employees.
