They are always forward thinking
Constant communication and they do a great job of pushing employees out of their comfort zone (and succeeding) but not so far out that you are lost.

Increase our benefits and promotions
The success of the company is based on people hardwork in a very demanding enviroment which doesn't reflect in any of its rewards
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working in the trenches, does bring the team together and help each other to succeed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are just for leadership to Brag about themselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a team and are there to help everyone, no matter their seniority or team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Slow down a bit. Help people succeed in their job. Stop the blame culture. Remove senior management with zero people skill.
