Unfortunately I already left MA for a better company. MA help me grow into my profession with cutting edge knowledge, but they weren't retain me because of useless senior management. My direct reports had zero people skill and not able to get the best out of me.

Working in the trenches, does bring the team together and help each other to succeed

Slow down a bit. Help people succeed in their job. Stop the blame culture. Remove senior management with zero people skill.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The success of the company is based on people hardwork in a very demanding enviroment which doesn't reflect in any of its rewards
