What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to share with others who don't work at MarketAxess about all of the cool stuff that we are doing and have accomplished!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Constant communication and they do a great job of pushing employees out of their comfort zone (and succeeding) but not so far out that you are lost.

Unfortunately I already left MA for a better company. MA help me grow into my profession with cutting edge knowledge, but they weren't retain me because of useless senior management. My direct reports had zero people skill and not able to get the best out of me.
