Mr. Jerre L. Stead has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IHS Markit Ltd. since July 12, 2016. Mr. Stead served as the Chief Executive Officer of IHS Inc. from June 2015 to July 12, 2016. Mr. Stead served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dyadem International Ltd. from September 21, 2006 to June 1, 2013. Mr. Stead served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. since joining it in August 1996 until June 1, 2000. He has held a number of key leadership positions in the telecommunications and IT industries. He joined Ingram Micro in 1996 with a proven track record and is characterized as having great vision and global expertise. From 1993 to 1994, he served as an Executive Vice President of American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T). He served as Chairman of IHS Inc. from June 1, 2014 to July 12, 2016 and served as its Executive Chairman from June 1, 2013 to June 1, 2014. He served as the Chairman of BMS Medical Management, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Information Handling Services Group Inc. He served as the Chairman of IHS Group and NCR Japan. He served as a Director of IHS Inc., from 2000 to July 12, 2016 and Armstrong Holdings, Inc., since April 1992. He served as a Director of ABILITY Network Inc. since December 2014 until February 23, 2017. He served as a Director of Conexant Systems Inc., since 1998. He served as a Director of iGo, Inc., from November 2000 to June 2007; Thomas & Betts Corp., from 1998 to October 11, 2004 and Armstrong World Industries, Inc. since 1992.
