Mr. John E. Geller, Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (Former Name: Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp.) since 2009. Mr. Geller serves as the Treasurer of Interages, Inc. Mr. Geller joined Marriott International in March 2005 as Senior Vice President, Chief Audit Executive and Information Security Officer. In 2008, he led finance and accounting for Marriott International's North American Lodging Operation's West region as Chief Financial Officer. From January 2004 to March 2005, Mr. Geller served as the Chief Financial Officer at AutoStar Realty. From May 2002 to 2003, Mr. Geller was an Audit Partner in the real estate, hospitality and construction practice at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was responsible for the audit engagements of several publicly-traded REITs and real estate companies, including Bresler and Reiner. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, he served with Arthur Andersen LLP from September 1989 to May 2002, including as an Audit Partner in the real estate, hospitality and construction practice from September 2000 to May 2002. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Interages, Inc. Mr. Geller is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Geller is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. degree in Accounting.
