There are talented healthcare workers, but the administration is AWEFUL! The technology is heavily fragmented and the business offices are unstable, with heavy amounts of departures.
Very toxic culture and MAs do not work in their scope of practice. They let the patients think they are nurses.
Poor employer, poor pay, poor attitudes
Wonderful, driven, caring employees, but unfortunately we're drowning and 100% burnt. Our concerns are never listened to, and how much we're struggling is rarely acknowledged.
