Marvell is a good company

fast pace, good team work and healthy environment

There is a lot of room to make internal communication better and make the work more sustainable. The amount of work in progress built that often need rework because of feedback cycles that are too slow is staggering.

Interna communication and decision making process are just broken.

The stock rewards is the best part

Initial Rsu package is interesting but the growing rate of the package over the year and the amount of volatility of the stock creates an inflection point between year 2 and 3 where it is financially more interesting to leave than to stay

My team is young and willing to grow... But they will get to a point where they see no amount of goodwill will break the micromanage technical details no big picture provided culture. That's the whole point company has an extremely qualified workforce ill directed of lack of communication of vision

More attention to big picture. More attention to strategic goals and focus on real bottlenecks to achieve the goals. More pull work from bottlenecks than push too much with results of extraordinary long work in progress

Is a very detailed process and they try to make it comfortable and complete
