Mr. George L. Pita serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Energy Erectors, Inc. Mr. Pita serves as an Executive Vice-President of Dynamic Tower Services, Inc. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MasTec, Inc., since January 01, 2014. Mr. Pita served as Chief Financial Officer of Operations at MasTec since joining in February 2013. Mr. Pita served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC., a Bear Stearns Merchant Banking portfolio company since June 2007 to 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Perry Ellis International Inc., from December 20, 2004 to June 18, 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 18, 2007. Mr. Pita served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of Perry Ellis International Inc., from April 2004 to November 2004. He was responsible for all Perry Ellis International, Inc.'s Strategic Planning and also oversees several business units, including ASI/Corporate sales, Golf sales, Specialty Store sales and the retail division. Mr. Pita served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer since November 2004 and Vice President of Strategic Planning and Administration of Perry Ellis from May 9, 2002 to April 2004. He served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Sunglass Hut International Inc. since 1994. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Pita served in a variety of financial and operations positions at Sunglass Hut International. He held several public accounting positions at Arthur Andersen, LLP in Miami. He served as a Member of Special Advisors of Atlas Acquisition Holdings Corp. from 2008 to 2010. He also serves or has served in various charitable and other capacities, including current appointments at the University of Miami Accounting school advisory board, as well as a board member of Easter Seals of South Florida. Mr. Pita earned his Bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Miami in 1983 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984.
