What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are supported by open-minded leadership that actively listens, values diverse perspectives, and brings out the best in us as professionals. Their willingness to engage, adapt, and empower their teams enhances our individual strengths and allows us to grow, collaborate, and perform high.
Executives could be a little more in touch with their workforce. Management is fantastic on my team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better leadership better people been trying to talk to the recruiter and haven't gotten no message
Stop contradicting their self they say they're never rushing you but every time you turn around feels like you're being rushed.
People skills and experience in construction . They have no clue . It take 2 hours sitting on yard to get job in the morning?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair.. depends on weather forecast tho
Healthcare and other benefits as well as weekly pay
The medical coverage is good
Unlimited PTO 80 hours of sick time deductible is 750 for a PPO plan.. benefits start day 31 employee perks galore.. What is not to like.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise. RSU shares. Some kind words when a project wraps up.
Cost of living where I live would require me to make double what I make now to live comfortably and meet financial obligations

Extremely undervalued our supervisors dont care about us at all, they just want to fill their pockets
Because I show up everyday and I'm way under paid even and I been asking for a performance review to get a raise but yet I get ran in circles and then asked to take on more responsibility but no one says anything about a raise
They dont pay wages are exteemly low long hours no help overworked and underpaid
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all under the same stress and trying to smile and stay positive together.
Good communication adnteamwork as well always trying to improve processes
The people. This team was formed with a goal in mind and it is so clear how that has come together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need raises to increas moral
The good technicians are great but there are a lot who take no pride in their work. As a result if you do take pride in your work you have to clean up a lot of other technicians shotty work.
They're all selfish. They WILL leave you stranded and stuck out late if it means they can go home
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is supportive, flexible, and very into "get the work done" and "serve our community." In that regard, our community is our coworkers. Everyone is goal oriented, and motivated to do the job every day. Very funny, leading with kindness... etc

The management needs construction experience
Chsnge of management would be great
training for management. Poor oversight of managers or supervisors
Pay increase better wages any bonus at all for the workers in the field

The recruiter was nice and easy to talk with. Interviews were not very difficult to prepare for.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
In person interview and walk through
All the initial interviews are done by what seems to be call center people. Then they play the interview recording to hiring managers. Very impersonal, but also pretty easy if you have a brain.
Don't interview, have potential employees go for drug test, then offer the position and then tell then they don't have a spot in the training class

Very little. Each day is harder.
My team, getting to tell the stories of our coworkers. Our people work hard and I get to talk about it, every singe day.

Managment could use adjusting, and more compansation for the workers.
The managers are really bad
