Managment could use adjusting, and more compansation for the workers.

The managers are really bad

Intercommunication of management is the biggest problem

Communication all around is terrible

Need raises proper tools better benefits shouldnt have to work 60to70 hes a week to provide for a single person not to mention a family

Don't wait until people do something wrong to talk to them. Positive reinforcement goes a long way.

Start with new management and more pay for bottom employee, Mastec is so cut throat about pay but how can you ask question to a supervisor he doesn’t know why pay him. There needs to be a portal that u ask a question and it will answer because management know little to nothin
