The supervisors are fine. But any upper management is so performance focused that they don't do any real performance driving coaching or tactics. No ride alongs, no calls to check how you're doing. I was a top performing new hire and still heard nothing from my direct supervisor.
Everything. Maybe understand a map and the fact you don't get paid to drive 5 plus hours a day

risk department is is run by indavidules who don't belivedoing. When a corporation risk depart only focus is the DART rate because it affects his bonuses and the each location management team has no respect their DARTrate will always be stagnant. To much turnover do to field employees confidence

The communication is so unprofessional and beat around the bush with things. You never get trained on things that you get pushed in and then when you ask questions your pushed to the side
It uses 20yr system to monitor inventory. Communicate is needed in the business because one person tells you something then your in trouble because the person was incorrect. There is no accountability for the management team.
