We are all under the same stress and trying to smile and stay positive together.

Need raises to increas moral
The good technicians are great but there are a lot who take no pride in their work. As a result if you do take pride in your work you have to clean up a lot of other technicians shotty work.
They're all selfish. They WILL leave you stranded and stuck out late if it means they can go home
