Extremely undervalued our supervisors dont care about us at all, they just want to fill their pockets
Because I show up everyday and I'm way under paid even and I been asking for a performance review to get a raise but yet I get ran in circles and then asked to take on more responsibility but no one says anything about a raise
It is piece work so you get paid only for what you complete. So the incentive is to complete the work fast, not properly. Then when something is not not properly you take full blame, even if it was the person before you who did it. They preach safety then put you in a position to do it unsafe.
I am good at what I do I am 1 of the best. Yet I get these young no nothing apprentices where I have to work myself. I'm old and broke down give me help that knows what they are doing
