What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is supportive, flexible, and very into "get the work done" and "serve our community." In that regard, our community is our coworkers. Everyone is goal oriented, and motivated to do the job every day. Very funny, leading with kindness... etc

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management needs construction experience
Chsnge of management would be great
training for management. Poor oversight of managers or supervisors
Pay increase better wages any bonus at all for the workers in the field
owner needs to get involved and not just sit back ignoring complaints and counting his money
People in charge should watch these young ones work and stop putting these kids in hot work that just got out of climbing school
