I would hire more people internally sort of moved them up the ladder if you will as opposed to bringing in people from off the street

It seems like human resources and attorneys are growing the fastest. And the part that is having a most difficult to you would be labor.

It would depend greatly on the person conducting the interview. Like I said my interview did not go all that well

I would say 80% of my coworkers are great

They don't think very highly of the CEO just for the simple fact that MasTec dog keeps rising in our paychecks keep getting smaller

I wouldn't really know I was in an isolated group

It is absolutely terrible. I would spend 80% of my day consumed by MasTec. Whether it be driving to and from jobs that were hours away from my house and not being paid for it or being harassed via text message or cell phone about jobs on my off time

I am told that it's based on your job skills and your performance. But I have found out that it's more who you know not what you know at MasTec

It used to be pretty relaxed but now it seems to have gotten more stringent seeing as how they keep letting employees go

It's terrible it starts and ends with your direct supervisor

Mostly women and minorities. And for some reason people who complain a lot

Just go in with a can do attitude.

Not very secure at all considering they would always have meeting to tell us how terrible we did on our performance

Performance reviews and raises are supposed to happen annually in the five years that I've been there I nearly had to quit to get a single raise of $0.32

I have never been on a team outing with anyone at MasTec

The single must be insane would be the camaraderie of my peers

That it is nearly impossible to get a raise once you're hired

Employees at MasTec come from every Walk of Life. I don't see why anybody whatever feel uncomfortable there.

There are many different layouts and very many different buildings

There are quite a few honestly too many to list
