Slow going at first (positioning the company), but the last year has been an explosion of new developments. Next year will include lots of big releases!

Working through uncertainty with a positive mental attitude .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and openness to new ideas from everywhere in the company. Not a top down environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sense that we are creating something very unique, means everyone is free to exchange ideas; not just the subject matter experts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity and Pay are the most important parts of the compensation. But we also feed lunch everyday, snack, socal events and free dry cleaning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing slow but steady progress on the big ambitious goals. We are not making small improvements to an app. We are building something big that changes how we interface with the built world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke with the VP of Hardware and the CTO, which included technical discussions. When you get this high level to touch in an interview, it says a lot about what drives the decision process at a great company.
