It can be a rollercoaster sometimes, but I think on average it's positive. I have switched perspective on some negative things as opportunities to grow personally and grow the team/company. Cross-functional teamwork is certainly something that should be honed in.

My team cares about each other. Not just on a coworker level, but personally. We laugh and bond over what we do in our spare time. And we'll also jump to help each other achieve our work goals.
