Open conversations, great people, idea sharing. They are great at what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its open to fun. We have regular team events both official and unofficial. People here all seem to like each other and is definitely not cliquey
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The inherited a lot of work and a lot of problems. They have successfully begun to articulate their vision and are leading us to a bright future.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to wear a lot of hats here and being able to see something I want to work on keeps me excited in what I do and engaged in my work.
