It has been great! A lot of change, but for the better. We have grown YoY as well as rebuilt the leadership team as well as the culture in the sales office. Being able to grow within the company and develop more skills as a professional.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How informal it was. I was hired 2 years ago hiring process was different that it is today.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How open we are - always collaborating and learning from each member. Feels good to come in and learn something and strategize.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work at my pace. Not being micromanaged and hounded for calls/KPI's. Management trust us and they are confident in our skills to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency and company vision! They have individual goals of the sales team in mind while keeping the company on track to hit company goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open office culture. Being able to communicate between teams as well as having access to the VP is great! Being able to hear other sellers' pitch and waht is working for them is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started the salary was set at 48K. I proved myself and became a senior rep. Since then the entry-level salary has bumped to approx 55k. So there are newer reps making more money per hour than myself and I have been here for 2 years.
