Navigating Uncertainty is the biggest obstacle to handle and juggle here. I feel (sales) is often moving one step forward, than having to move 2 steps back based off of things outside of our control. I truly enjoy working at Matterport, but we need to move on from a "Startup" mindset.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is more than just sales. I do customer support, Sales, training, account management. I can receive higher pay for my same role in a different company in the same city.
