The chance to have a large impact and the large scope of influence I am usually given.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued. But I believe the $ rate is lower than comparable jobs at larger companies. Will the stock options compensate? That is hard to compare as not all aspects of the stock and financials can be shared.
