Their vision for the company, and the direction they are leading us.

The product, and engaging with coworkers from around the country, and world.

Selling a cool, innovative technology, and interacting with the people that I work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They identified that working remotely has done wonders for peoples life outside of work, and have encouraged us to maintain that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is friendly and you can talk with anyone from an SDR up to the CEO. Everyone is here to help everyone.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The similarities that we all have for success, and the differences that make you have a different perspective on things. Winning with your coworkers by hitting a team goal is meaningful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A brand new employee is often paid more than someone who has been at the company for years. You need to actively make requests to get compensated fairly. Years of service and past accomplishments don't seem to matter. If that was considered and pay raises were provided morale would be higher.
