Transparent, agile, thoughtful. Constantly provide updates regarding the overall health of the company, but are also cognizant of employee success and growth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was so great to speak with. The recruiter was in contact the entire time through the process and was very informative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses are paid quarterly. The employee cost for health benefits is paid by the company, so that is a huge bump in compensation itself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With COVID, everyone is remote and the company is fully aware of burnout potential and provides ways to combat it and keep employees engaged and excited. Very diverse culture and supportive of all.
