All store level employees are hourly. The company truly values work/life balance. Ability to bonus monthly on sales and other KPI's. Store leaders and district leaders get additional annual incentives.
I work this job and another job to make ends meet. My other job pays 10.00 more an hour than this one. If it came down to both jobs scheduling me the same day, I wouldnt even have to blink twice which job would get my loyality. Want less turn over. Pay better. Pretty simple.
I know that we get paid lower than most other retailers in the area. To have a wage equal to other stores would make me feel better and retain many more workers.
Compensation is at the low end, and the current medical benefits don't pay for much. I've had way better benefits.
