Leadership is not only experienced and supportive but genuinely invested in employee growth and development. I've personally benefitted from the various mentorship opportunities and training programs available.

There are several leadership teams, in CZ they mostly excel, everywhere else they are clueless and bereft of how to handle people/situations

Co workers are great, they hold the place together, to improve, less meetings about meetings, less managers asking for status and more staff to spread the 100's of tickets in the backlog
